Still having problems? Please contact the Service Desk @ 677-2964

Are you using Chrome as your browser? Bongo works best in Chrome or Firefox. If you are having issues try a Chrome Incognito Window

Generally, mobile devices are not recommended when using Sakai or the Assignments portion of Bongo, especially when working on assignments, taking online tests, or interacting in online meetings or discussion boards. Bongo conferencing via a shared link does work well on mobile.
Using a mobile device (Iphones, Ipads, Android anything) for reading content or other low stakes interactions is generally ok, just make sure your device is up to date, using Chrome/Firefox and has a solid internet connection.
ZOOM is generally very capable on both Android & iOS, however, may lack integration w/ Sakai and your coursework.

- Bradley has partnered with Apple to allow for special pricing on a wide array of products from the Apple Store for Eduction to computers and third-party products.
- Bradley has partnered with Dell to offer discounted pricing for personal purchases including desktops, notebooks and peripherals. Students can take advantage of the Employee Purchase Program (EPP) with the same savings as employees!
- Safari is not recommended when accessing Sakai, especially high stakes Tests & Quizzes, Forums, or assignments. It has the ability to function normally most of the time...right up until it doesn't, and generally there is no recovery.
- It is highly recommended, especially for online students, to take all Tests & Quizzes using a wired network connection. Sakai can not tell the difference between a drop in connectivity and a user purposefully turning off their device.
- Bongo only has full functionality within Chrome browser.
- ZOOM functions well across all platforms and every faculty member and student has access.
