Payment Options

Bradley expects payment arrangements to be completed prior to the start of each academic term. Payments for the interim (January and May I)  are due no later than noon on the first day of the respective term(s). There is a deferred option available for May interim II and Summer sessions I & II.  Please consult with Student Fees and Billing at (309) 677-3120.  For the fall and spring semesters, two payment options are available.

If you make a change to your schedule, you can also email Student Fees and Billing at stufees@bradley.edu to notify them and they can update your billing statement.  You statement can be found in your MyBradley.bradley.edu account .  Once there, go to "My Info" and then "Financial Services" to access your billing statements.

The plan requires the entire semester balance charges, less financial assistance, to be paid in full on or before the due date for that semester: August 12, 2022 for the fall semester and January 6, 2023 for the spring semester. If the balance for the semester is paid in full prior to the first day of the term, no additional fees are charged unless changes are made to the student's schedule or financial aid.

This plan divides each semesters' balance into 5 installments. Payment is determined by taking semester charges, subtracting semester financial assistance (not including work study). A minimum of 20% of the semester balance and is required before the start of the semester. A finance charge of 4% will be applied once to the remaining balance each semester, on the first day of classes. Remaining fall payments are due in September, October, November, and December; spring payments in February, March, April, and May. There is no application required.
